Statement of Compliance

Ultra-Pharm Marketing Limited is entrusted to ensure the quality, efficacy and safety of all products it makes available to the population of Trinidad and Tobago.  Products are submitted to the Ministry of Health (MOH) for Approval of Registration to allow for importation and distribution throughout the country.  Through this process of Registration, we, therefore, abide by the Food and Drug Act, Chapter 30:01 and the Antibiotic Act, Chapter 30:02 which is enforced by the Chemistry, Food and Drug Division and the Drug Inspectorate, arms of the MOH, respectively.
